We bring a proven approach to organizational assessments, organizational development, and organizational change management. Leveraging the Capability Maturity Model, we start with the end in mind, focusing on the outcome and a roadmap to implementation.
Our organizational assessments approach is anchored in two main principles –improvement through performance excellence and ISO management system standards. To assess the current state and plan for the future state, we evaluate the organization through the lens of a high-performance organization.
We use a framework for high-performance based on the Malcolm Baldrige Excellence Framework and a Capability Maturity Model evaluation approach. The combination identifies the criteria for performance excellence and lays the foundation for moving from your current state to your desired future state.
We assess the performance of the organization and make recommendations for improvement by:
- Evaluating key characteristics of how the organization functions.
- Evaluating the quantitative and qualitative measures in place.
- Comparing existing processes and practices to industry best practices.
- Identifying strengths and weaknesses.
- Outlining a process for continuous improvement.
This approach provides an understanding of the organization and establishes a base from which to move forward. To determine the performance level of the organization, we conduct interviews with key stakeholders in reference to the following performance categories.
Using this framework allows us to deliver a roadmap for continuous improvement. Unlike simple benchmarking, using a framework allows for continuous monitoring of performance to achieve results.
