John is a visionary leader for FEA. As CEO, he fosters a collaborative culture with a focus on partnering with clients to create efficient, effective, and enduring environments. John understands that the key to building excellence lies in understanding client needs. He prioritizes client engagement throughout the planning process, ensuring open communication and a deep understanding of each project’s specific goals.
During his career as a U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps Officer John served as a commanding officer, installation public works officer, and regional facilities executive. Immediately following his Navy service John worked as a senior analyst with the U.S. Government Accountability Office, where he developed recommendations for improvements to federal agency infrastructure programs
