As Vice President, Ryan applies his knowledge and analytical skills to helping clients improve the way they manage their asset portfolio.

As vice president of products and programs, Ryan leads FEA’s data analytics program. Ryan is a trusted advisor, with over 10 years of experience supporting clients by helping transform complex data analysis into actionable insights. Ryan is experienced  developing data analytics for facilities and related personnel, computer programming, capital planning and budgeting, and strategic planning.

During his tenure, Ryan has supported significant projects for clients such as the Smithsonian Institution and the Department of State for FBPTA workforce development data models. In addition, he has helped clients with strategic facility planning including the Virginia Department of Transportation, the Minnesota Department of Transportation, and the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee. Ryan has also consulted on federal, state, and municipal government facilities maintenance contracts, pricing models, data models, strategy development, and strategic financial plans.

Ryan earned a Master of Liberal Arts in Finance from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Colorado.
