President and Chief Operating Officer

As President and COO, Laurie oversees business development and manages operations for FEA, as well as working with clients to meet their project needs.

As president and COO of FEA, Laurie fosters a collaborative environment prioritizing open communication and understanding of each client’s unique needs. Her expertise spans facility assessments, energy management, and organizational assessments, allowing her to partner with clients to develop effective solutions.

Laurie is a trailblazer in the facility management profession, forging a path as a published author and speaker. She is co-author of the International Facility Management Association’s (IFMA) second manual in the Sustainability “How-To-Guide” Series, EPA’s ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager. Laurie just completed a term on IFMA’s Board of Directors. Laurie also serves on the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council’s Building Operator Certification program advisory committee and is a member of the National Visiting Committee of Building Efficiency for a Sustainable Tomorrow (BEST) Center. Laurie is also an instructor for IFMA’s Sustainability Facility Management (SFP), Facility Management Professional (FMP) and Certified Facility Manager (CFM) programs.

Laurie earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
