FEA Names Dan Watkins as Principal
FEA is proud to announce the appointment of Dan Watkins as Principal, recognizing his dedication and exceptional contributions over the past 26 years. During his tenure, Dan has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to client success by overseeing our engineering and assessment teams and ensuring that our work meets client objectives.
“Dan has served as a guiding north star for FEA – always there, guiding both FEA staff and FEA clients. As a part of FEA for the past 26 years, Dan has consistently contributed to FEA’s evolution into a leader for facility asset management,” said FEA Principal and Chairman Bill Small.
“Dan’s steadfast leadership has guided and inspired younger team members throughout their careers, allowing us to deliver excellence and to help our clients effectively address their facility lifecycle challenges,” said FEA Principal Chris Hodges.
Throughout his career, Dan has served as project and program manager for hundreds of projects, providing invaluable consulting services. His wealth of experience in facility condition assessments and engineering solutions, including building envelope restoration, concrete restoration, and pavement consulting, has helped extend the life of facilities for FEA’s clients across the U.S. and in over 40 countries. Beyond his technical expertise, Dan has played a critical role in FEA’s quality management overseeing FEA’s quality management and training programs.
As Principal, Dan will be actively engaged in leadership, management, and business development efforts for FEA. He will also continue to drive excellence and innovation within FEA and for our clients.
