Congratulations to Matt Kutzler, PE, CDT – newly elected Vice President of Membership for IFMA Capital Chapter. Matt is the Manager of Engineering Services and a Senior Professional with FEA. He has worked with property owners and managers since 2004 to extend the service lives of their buildings through condition assessment, capital planning, and design and implementation of repairs. Matt is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree and is a licensed engineer in several states and the District of Columbia. Since joining the Capital Chapter of IFMA in 2009, Matt has served as Co-Chair of the Special Events Team and most recently chaired the Partnership Team. http://www.ifmacap.org/executive-committee/
