As Senior Engineer, Matt helps clients develop short and long-term capital strategies for their facilities.

As a senior manager FEA, Matt supports clients by providing asset management consulting services and leading our relationships with numerous public entity clients.

Matt helps facility managers and owners develop short and long-term capital strategies for their facilities through comprehensive facility condition assessments and engineering consulting services. He contributes to the profession by writing articles for various publications and organizations and presenting at international conferences such as the SWR Institute and IIBEC (formerly RCI). Matt has been involved in the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) for many years, having chaired several committees and been a part of the Executive Board of the largest IFMA chapter in the world (Capital Chapter), as well as served as the Sponsorship Chair in the IFMA Corporate Facilities Council.

It has been rewarding to work together with our clients and business partners over the years beyond the projects we are collaborating on.
