Senior Engineer

As Senior Engineer, Brian leads our relationships with clients who have large, complex portfolios.

Brian supports clients with strategic asset management consulting services. He helps building owners and managers extend the life of their facilities by working to truly understand client needs and design solutions that are tailored to meet client objectives.

A seasoned program manager with a proven track record, Brian is experienced leading projects for clients with large portfolios and brings a unique perspective to asset management. He gives back to the profession by authoring articles and delivering presentations to industry groups. He has served as the lead project manager for clients with large portfolios such as the National Park Service, the state of Wyoming, and the state of Minnesota.

I enjoy collaborating with my clients to understand the complexities of their needs and challenges with their facilities, so we can create unique, comprehensive, and effective solutions.
