As chairman of FEA, Bill leverages his extensive experience to guide clients towards smarter asset management decisions. A collaborative leader, Bill excels at partnering with clients throughout the assessment process, from analyzing facility conditions and maintenance needs to determining funding requirements. His expertise encompasses the full spectrum of building materials and systems, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of any asset.

Beyond in-depth condition assessments, Bill empowers clients with the power of data. He spearheads projects that drive clients to data-driven decision-making, utilizing condition and maintenance data to deliver actionable insights. This collaborative approach extends to advising clients on key facility management metrics, including those related to building condition, maintenance practices, and overall management strategies.

Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University.
