As a program analyst for FEA, Angela brings more than 20 years of public-sector leadership experience to help clients strengthen operations, workforce capability, and organizational performance. Before joining FEA, she held several leadership roles with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), where she advanced national programs in training, policy, and facilities management.
At GSA, Angela served as Chief of Staff for the Office of Facilities Management, guiding national policy and operations for a 2,000-person workforce overseeing 8,500 federal assets. She also led the agency’s first national five-year training plan as National Training Program Manager, aligning workforce development with the Federal Buildings Personnel Training Act (FBPTA).
Angela is known for her collaborative, solutions-driven approach and her ability to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies that improve efficiency, performance, and workplace sustainability.
