From a facilities perspective, in this pandemic, who reports to a facility? Many organizations have a list of essential personnel. Has anything about this event changed those plans? Using business impact analysis, FEA identified our essential resources and recovery time objectives. This prioritized list of resources includes equipment, infrastructure, and technology that enables us to function, such as laptops, connectivity, and Microsoft Teams. With our staff working from home, utilizing laptops and holding meetings via Microsoft Teams has become crucial for collaboration.
