Following is the presentation synopsis:

How you ever struggled with balancing how to utilize data from a Facility Condition Assessment process with forecasting and developing your long-term capital plans?

The purpose of the workshop is to give you better ways to forecast how to fund and implement capital projects that will promote optimal facility performance. You will learn a new approach that aligns and integrates the assessment process with the desired capital goals. This process will clarify the gap analysis, project budgets, scope and changing needs upfront and yield a consistent, fair and defendable capital planning process.

You will learn new and different assessment methodologies and building cost modeling strategies. You will also be presented with case studies for implementing alternative approaches.
