The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) has developed a strategic vision for its facilities and committed resources for in-house staff and outside consultants to define and execute a variety of facility initiatives. This presentation will highlight lessons learned during ODOT’s journey in more strategically managing its portfolio of over 1,100 transportation support buildings across the state and discuss what work remains in bringing the vision to fruition.
