FEA Helps Vermont Schools Plan for Re-occupancy

Facility Engineering Associates, P.C. (FEA) is working with Vermont School Boards Insurance Trust, Inc. (VSBIT) to help Vermont schools develop a plan to address facility-related challenges for re-entry this fall. VSBIT serves Vermont school districts by offering cost effective and innovative risk management services.

VSBIT and FEA have held learning sessions and workshops with District representatives for the purpose of creating a school facilities re-occupation template. The template is intended to be used by facilities directors and managers to address school facility-related changes around operational, physical security, cleaning program and space management challenges in preparation for re-occupancy. The template can be used to create a facility-related plan that can be integrated and incorporated with school and district level plans for changes in the learning methods and school health and safety practices.
