Employee of the Year – Scott Higgins

Congratulations to FEA’s 2014 Employee of the Year – Scott Higgins.
While Scott has received many accolades in his illustrious career, this is a small token of FEA’s appreciation for his enthusiasm and passion in going well and above our expectations this year.  Scott has opened many doors for FEA this year through his close connections with high-ranking government officials.  He has not only created many opportunities for new business but generated significant new revenue sources with government agencies.  The one thing that has truly impressed FEA the most, however, is his willingness to step into any challenging situation, client meeting, proposal, shortlist interview, even projects and tackle them head on with enthusiasm when no one else appears willing.  He has provided great support to FEA’s senior leaders and been a catalyst for our success this year.
