We are proud to announce that Laurie Gilmer, President & COO of FEA, has been named an IFMA Fellow, the highest honor awarded by the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
IFMA Fellows form an elite core of respected leaders, advisors, and ambassadors who are frequently called upon for their unmatched knowledge of the facility management profession. Collectively, they represent the most esteemed facility management professionals, distinguished authors, and leading visionaries in the industry.
As President and COO of FEA, Laurie fosters a collaborative environment built on open communication and a deep understanding of each client’s unique needs to deliver effective, solutions. A recognized leader in the profession, Laurie served as Chair of IFMA’s Board of Directors, where she helped guide the association’s strategic direction. She is also a published author and sought-after speaker, known for sharing her expertise on organizational performance, sustainability, energy management, and capital planning.
In addition, Laurie serves on the National Association for High-Performance Building Operations leadership team and teaches IFMA’s Sustainability Facility Management (SFP), Facility Management Professional (FMP), and Certified Facility Manager (CFM) programs.
