As a former engineer for the city of Sacramento, Conrad understands the importance of doing more with less. He also understands the importance of collaboration. and he engages with clients to truly understand their needs and guide them towards optimal facility performance. He understands the unique challenges faced by public entities and uses his expertise in facility condition assessments and energy audits to empower informed decision-making.
Throughout his career, Conrad has collaborated with clients across the United States on a wide range of projects to help them prioritize needs. This includes leading facility condition assessments, LEED point analysis to achieve green building certification, and ENERGY STAR validations that have resulted in energy-efficient buildings.
Conrad earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
