As Project Manager, Serena helps building owners and managers develop short and long-term capital strategies for their facilities.

As project manager for FEA, Serena helps building owners and managers extend the life of their facilities. Serena collaborates with clients to understand the condition of their existing assets, prioritize need, effectively forecast costs, and develop long-term capital plans.

An effective project manager, Serena works to truly understand client needs and design solutions that are uniquely tailored to meet client objectives. Serena’s expertise spans historic structures to modern high-rises, and she is experienced providing consulting services for multiple building systems. She leads projects supporting a variety of clients including the Inter-American Development Bank, Anne Arundel County Public Schools, and the National Park Service.

I help my clients get a complete understanding of their facilities so they can prioritize repair, renewal, and replacement planning.
