Session Description: How can you ensure that a facility is operated, managed and maintained as intended, that the occupants are comfortable and that modeled energy savings are being realized? This session will explore the development of strategies that answer the question, “I’ve got this building, now what do I do with it?” Learn from the experts how three organizations benchmarked, tracked progress and further increased cost savings through utilizing tools, resources and information gleaned from SFP training. This session is structured around a panel discussion that focuses on how existing facilities improved performance.
