Workshop: Building Your Community Resilience Plan

Join Maureen Roskoski of Facility Engineering Associates and Nancy McNabb of The Continuity Project on Friday, May 4, 2018 at the American Public Works Association (APWA) Mid-Atlantic Chapter Conference for a workshop on developing a community resilience plan using the NIST Community Resilience Planning Guide as a framework. The workshop will focus on the first three recommended steps: forming your team, understanding the situation, and developing your unique community strategy.

Designed for public works professionals, the workshop addresses the value of collaboration in developing community-wide solutions. Invite your colleagues from relevant departments to join us for the day – emergency, risk, or floodplain managers, planners, designers, operations – all are welcome. You will work collaboratively to develop a plan specific to your community.

Register for the workshop by selecting Friday only or join us for the full APWA Mid-Atlantic Chapter conference.

Let’s build excellence, together.
