Transforming Existing Buildings into Sustainable Facilities presented at the LEAF Expo

Laurie Gilmer, Vice President, PE, CFM, SFP, LEED AP, CxA was the keynote speaker and delivered a presentation focused on “Transforming Existing Buildings into Sustainable Facilities” at the LEAF Expo, an event free to the public hosted and sponsored by Ivy Tech Community College — Southwest. The LEAF Expo is a conference designed for building/construction industry professionals — such as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Associated Professionals and Green Associates, engineers, architects, facility managers and construction/facility professionals. The LEAF Expo, also sponsored in part by The Chamber of Commerce of Southwest Indiana, was held on October 24, 2013 in Evansville, Indiana. The event aims to provide opportunities for learning and networking and is themed around “Sustainability for the Built Environment.”
