Damon doesn’t just assess buildings; he translates structural and exterior realities into actionable, defendable financial strategies for his clients.

Driven by a passion for technological innovation and operations, Damon utilizes a “Zero-Friction” approach to facilities management. He specializes in leveraging advanced field technology – including 3D spatial scanning (LiDAR), thermal imaging, and aerial drone diagnostics – to deliver actionable facility condition assessments.

Before joining FEA, Damon managed multi-site portfolios across the commercial, retail, and financial sectors. He oversaw a $1.75M budget for a bank portfolio at BGIS and conducted capital planning assessments for public school systems and municipalities at Bureau Veritas. Damon is a proactive, technology-driven leader focused on turning reactive “break-fix” cycles into smarter asset management.
