Before joining FEA, Alex served as General Manager of the Property Services Division at Tessier Group, where he directed maintenance and property management operations for a portfolio of 150 properties serving 5,000 to 10,000 residents. He managed approximately $12 million in annual maintenance and capital expenditures while overseeing project management, contract administration, vendor management, budgeting, process improvement, and cross-functional teams.
Alex is a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) through IFMA, a Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds OSHA 30 certification, along with certifications in Data Analytics and Six Sigma. His combination of operational leadership, technical knowledge, and strategic planning experience allows him to deliver actionable recommendations that help clients improve facility performance and maximize the value of their assets.
