John Edwards and Jimmy Cressman recently returned from working with local Facility Managers to improve facility operations at US Embassies in Timor-Leste and Brunei. They were part of a team from AECOM and FEA that spent a week at each post performing facility condition assessments and evaluating the processes for delivering facility services at the embassy compounds. Since 2012, FEA has worked w/over a dozen posts in Africa, Asia, Europe and South America as part of the Department of State’s Bureau of Overseas Building Operations(OBO)program for Facility Management Assessment and Assistance (FMA&A).
