New FEA Project Manager – Phil Winterland

Please congratulate Phil Winterland on his recent promotion to Project Manager.  Phil is a registered mechanical engineer that has been a valued contributor to the FEA Denver office.  He is skilled at water testing exterior wall systems, designing and load testing suspended scaffolding and fall protection systems, as well as the occasional MEP design/evaluation project.  Congratulations Phil!
