Maureen Roskoski named Programs Committee Chair for the James River Green Building Council (JRGBC)

Maureen Roskoski looks forward to helping the JRGBC Programs Committee in its mission to develop public events that promote the JRGBC mission, develop trainings and workshops as a source of continuing education for the professional community, and develop other resources that can be useful to the community in the understanding of the need for green building and development.  As Programs Chair, Maureen will be responsible for overseeing all committee activities and reporting to the JRGBC Board of Directors, Chapter Executive Director, and Charlottesville Branch Governing Council.  Some of the major initiatives this year for the Programs Committee include assisting in the planning of the 2012 VCU Energy and Sustainability Conference, planning a webinar series of USGBC Webinars with GBCI CE Hours, and local building tours and networking.
