Maureen Roskoski, CFM, SFP, LEED AP O+M has just successfully achieved IFMA’s Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential. IFMA’s CFM sets the industry standard for ensuring the knowledge and competence of practicing facility managers and advisors. IFMA’s certification process is designed to assess competency in the field through work experience, education and the ability to pass a comprehensive exam that covers 11 competencies that make up the facility management body of knowledge. Since the CFM program began in 1992, more than 3,100 facility managers from 32 countries have achieved this prestigious recognition.
Maureen’s passion for continued personal growth and development to best serve FEA and our clients is extraordinary. Maureen started with FEA 17 years ago as an environmental scientist primarily performing Phase I and II environmental assessments. From there she honed skills across a spectrum of assessing the presence of hazardous materials including ACM, Lead, Mold, and Indoor Air Quality issues. She then continued on to areas of sustainability, LEED, energy management, workforce development and resilience/BCMS. This diversity of experience and expertise is hard to find in even the best professionals. Her dedication to continued growth, mentoring and furthering FEA’s capabilities for the betterment of society are recognized and applauded.
