Lumber Marsey joins FEA’s Dallas office

Lumber has 30+ years of experience in the roofing industry working as an estimator, site superintendent/foreman, and project manager for various roofing contractors in Houston, Dallas, and Oklahoma.  Lumber also ran his own roofing construction business for 5 years.  Lumber’s skills and experience include construction monitoring, take-offs and estimating, contract administration, submittal preparation and review, project scheduling, crew organization and management, and bid package preparation.  He has substantial experience with most flat roofing systems including single-ply, built-up, and modified bitumen.  Lumber has spent time fabricating, installing and assessing sheet metal roof, wall systems and details.  Since consulting with FEA, Lumber has predominantly been assisting with construction monitoring and site visits at a number of local roofing and parking garage construction projects.  Welcome Lumber!
