Our work included validating asset data, inventorying and tagging assets, performing lifecycle cost analyses, and developing a prioritized plan to guide asset investment. We also created a 10-year CIP aligned with the City’s budgeting process and an AMP fully integrated with the City’s Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
