FEA welcomes Scott Bennett

Scott Bennett has joined our Santa Rosa office. Scott is a licensed mechanical and civil engineer in the State of California. He holds additional licenses in Washington (ME & CE), Nevada (CE), and Idaho (CE). Scott has over 30 years of engineering experience, over 20 of which was spent operating a consulting engineering practice in northern California. He has performed design and assessments for wineries, hospital/healthcare, municipal, and commercial facilities. Specifically, Scott has experience with the following:
• Mechanical design (HVAC, exhaust, co-gen, plumbing)
• Energy management
• California Energy Code (Title 24) compliance documentation
• Utility company rebate assistance
• Civil design (foundation systems, grading, drainage, site improvement, marine features)
• Structural analysis
• Site survey and planning
