FEA welcomes Michael Payne

Mike Payne has joined the Fairfax office as FEA’s newest Staff Engineer. Mike recently graduated with a Masters in Architectural Engineering from Penn State (the Harvard of PA). Mike was an intern with FEA this past summer and is a great fit within our Facility Engineering Services group.
