Panel Discussion Description: Join this discussion on the development of global FM standards through ISO. The presenters will address the importance and impact of global ISO standards, the ISO process for development of global standards, the American National Standards Institute’s role in representing U.S. interests and IFMA’s role in helping to facilitate that process, and activities and progress to date.
