Every year, the Principals Award is given to an employee for “Outstanding Service to FEA”, and to someone the Principals feel serves as an excellent role model. For the past 16 years, no one has been more loyal, more committed, and more dedicated to FEA than this year’s winner. In addition to managing and executing projects, providing technical review and training, and developing and maintaining clients, he has worked constantly to uphold FEA’s values, which include:
- Commitment to employee growth and opportunity
- Promote teamwork, trust, enthusiasm, and integrity
His character and integrity are second to none, and he has provided outstanding mentorship to many of our staff. His concern for all FEA employees is demonstrated by his involvement in our training programs, career path development, and participation in the Best Place to Work Committee. He always maintains a positive attitude and quietly leads by example.
We are fortunate to have him and are proud to award Dan Watkins the 2013 Principals Award.
