Doug is a key contributor to both the Energy Management and Sustainability and Facility Asset Management Service lines, and is one of two individuals at FEA with a CEM credential. Doug is also a Certified Energy Procurement Professional (CEP). Doug experience includes energy audits, utility service reviews, proposals for energy generation services, and ENERGY STAR building validations for our private sector and government clients.
The CEM credential is offered by the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) and recognizes individuals who have demonstrated high levels of experience, competence, proficiency, and ethical fitness in the energy management profession. It is recognized by the U.S Department of Energy and the Office of Federal Energy Management Programs (FEMP), and has become a distinguishing factor in many energy service proposal opportunities we receive.
