Facility Engineering Associates, P.C. (FEA) specializes in helping our clients plan, manage, and operate their facilities in a cost effective, safe and healthy manner. Our services include facility strategic planning, facility operational and capital budgeting, operations and maintenance consulting, engineering, FM process and technology consulting, facility resilience, and physical security and emergency preparedness planning.
FEA is looking for facility management professionals to contribute to projects that help our clients improve the way they manage their facilities. FM professionals are exposed to a wide variety of facility and client types. Responsibilities include developing operations and maintenance plans, analyzing labor needs, implementing FM technology improvements, conducting organizational assessments, collecting asset inventories, and assessing the physical condition and security posture of facilities. FM professionals will perform field assessments of facilities and FM organizations, conduct analytical and research work, and prepare reports for presentation to clients.
- 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in facility management
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management
- Certified Facility Manager preferred
